Meet coach Jay
CSCS, USAW, FMS
Coach Jay is the head S&C Coach at the PAC. He has been a S&C coach and personal trainer for 10 years. Previously he has been a S&C coach at Norfolk State University and Chowan University. He specializes in developing programs for youth and athletic development. He has his CSCS, USAW Level 1, and FMS certification.

CPT
Coach Anthony has been in the fitness industry for almost 15 years. He believes that any fitness goal that you set out to achieve can be accomplished by discipline, consistency and mindset. He completed both is BS and MS studies at ODU and has an associate’s degree in personal training and fitness from TCC.

Coach Becky is Asst. Director of Sports Performance at Hampton University. She has extensive D1 coaching experience with a variety of sports. Becky's philosophy centers on building athletes using a science based approach. Her career spans the entire 757 area, where she has coached at every Division 1 program.
